 Eligibility:

Contest open to all Diners Club cardholders whose cards have been issued by The Commercial Bank of Qatar (CBQ). ( Staff of the Commercial Bank of Qatar are excluded) .

Entry Qualification :

Daily Prizes

-           For every transaction you make on your CBQ Diners Club card during the day and which have been posted to your card account

-           For every cash advance you take on your CBQ Diners Club card during the day and have been posted to your card account.

Mini Cooper

-           For every transaction you make on your CBQ Diners Club card during each promotion period mentioned below and which have been posted to your card account

-           For every cash advance you take on your Diners Club card during each promotion period mentioned below and have been posted to the card account.

No. of Winners

Daily Winners – 109 winners for the period May 15, 2002 to August 31, 2002    (both days inclusive)

Mini Cooper Winners – 3 winners for the period May 15 to August 31, 2002  

Draw dates (June 25, July 31 and September 15)

June 25 – 31 separate draws to pick 31 winners, for each day during the period May 15 to June 14 and one draw to pick a Mini Cooper winner

July 31 -  30 separate draws to pick 30 winners, for each day during the period June 15 to July 14 and one draw to pick a Mini Cooper winner

September 15 - 48 separate draws to pick 48 winners, for each day during the period July 15  to August 31 and one draw to pick a Mini Cooper winner

Daily Prize : Winners can choose one prize from the following options

v      June 25 – Mini Cooper 2002 , Colour Chili Red, Chassis TB 80967

v      July 31 - Mini Cooper 2002 , Colour Silk Green, Chassis TB 81967

v      September 15 - Mini Cooper 2002 , Colour Indi Blue, Chassis TB 82567

Winner Selection:

·          Winners will be selected as above

·          All drawings will be conducted by officials at CBQ under the scrutiny of an external auditor and their decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this draw

·          Winners will be notified by telephone and/or post. Odds of winning any prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.

Claiming the prize

v      Winners should present the winning Diners Club card and their Qatar Identity card to claim the prize at the CBQ Head office

v      Cards should be active and valid for claiming the prize. Card should not be in arrears

Others

v      All winners will be handed over the Mini Cooper only on September 15

v      CBQ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant whom CBQ believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this draw.

v      Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash

v      By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that CBQ shall have the right and permission to use their name, email address and telephone numbers for future correspondence 

v      CBQ and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrant for any liability, loss, injury or damage to themselves or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this draw.

v      CBQ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify,  terminate or suspend this draw should causes beyond the reasonable control of CBQ corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the draw and, in any such event, select winners from those eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such modification, termination or suspension.
